No, not easily anyway, consider a turntable that features a digital (USB) output in addition to the typical analog (RCAs) output. Models such as the AT-LP60XBT-USB or the AT-LP120XUSB (or AT-LP120XBT-USB if you also require Bluetooth).

If you have the right kind of connecting cables and the correct software on your computer then yes. It doesn't do it right out if the box though.
