“Can these be worn while I walk or jog? I KNOW these are advertised as studio headphones. But could they be worn while a person walks or jogs?”

• I use them while walking, but maybe I'll refrain from using them while jogging/running. The size of these headphones are not "small", so I'd feel very awkward while jogging with them.
