Bass quality is great, but subjective from what you are coming from or have experience with. For instance, if you are used to Beats, or DJ headphones, these might seem to have more subtle bass, but only because they are more accurate to the original music file/production. Just like a home HIFI system, other brands engineer their headphones to emphasize the highs and lows. These might have a slight "smile" eq curve to them, but it's ever so subtle. Hope this helps.

Pretty well for a headphone that does not use active noise-cancellation. The quality of the bass on these headphones is one of the things that make the M50x so popular. They are quite accurate.
