- Answer The name brand! Do some research on HDMI. It's a digital signal only possible advantage to this cable is build quality. You cannot possibly get a better picture from a different HDMI cable.

QuestionI'm pretty sure the 3m length of AudioQuest HDMI cables are not braided. The product photo on Best Buy's site shows a braided cable.. so if someone can confirm this that would be awesome. Thx in advance.

- Answer Cinnamon HDMI cables 0.6 m. through 3.0 m. feature a braided jacket. 5.0 m. and longer feature an in-wall rated PVC jacket.

QuestionHow come the audioquest cinnamon 2017 model says 4k+HDR on the head of the cable but the 2016 model says High speed with Ethernet? is it just different packaging? Do they work the same?

- Answer It's just different packaging. The cables are exactly the same. Older Cinnamon HDMI cables (8.0 m. and shorter) will handle 4K just as well as the new cables.

QuestionOn the box, the forest version says 4K/8K with eARC, however, the box for this Cinnamon one says 4K and ARC only. Now, the website says Cinnamon has 4k/8K eARC. I am very confused. Can someone clarify this, are there different versions for this cable?

- Answer It either has ethernet or it does not. You probably don't need new HDMI cables for eARC. Older cables with Ethernet, either Standard or High Speed, will work.

QuestionWhat 4K Hz does this cable carry? I have a 240Hz QLed. Most cables are only capable of 4K 60 Hz which will not support the tvs full potential.

- Answer Yes they will provide 2250 megabytes per second this is a far superior cable than most, Thus the price at 149.00 for 3 meters. I bought it and it's awesome.

- Answer It sounds really dumb, but make sure you have the cable connected in the proper direction. I spent a day troubleshooting an install once, and the cable wasn't connected in the right direction...

- Answer Hello ED, Yes, AudioQuest does make and HDMI coupler which will enable you to join two HDMI cables together. You can find it on BestBuy.com under SKU # 1267442. As a rule of thumb, do not connect two cables together that exceed a length of 20 meters (65 feet).

- Answer I went with this cable and a 3.5 meter cable same brand. I have absolutely no complaints and feel it's worth it to have spent the extra money. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. A $50 cable performing just as well? Possibly, but I wasn't willing to make several trips to Best Buy to find out I should have gotten these in the first place.
