• Yes, if your television is of the same quality of the cable! You should notice a difference in both the video and audio.

• A better cable will cause less damage to the signal, resulting better performance. Improvements to sound quality should be quite obvious. Improvements to picture quality may not be as obvious as the video signal goes through a lot more signal processing. However there are differences to be seen.
