Is this cable an ultra high speed HDMI 2.1? null

What I know about this cable is this. My TV was having the annoying ' black screen back to normal ' quick flickering issue sporadically. I was told it was likely the HDMI cable I was using which was of medium quality. Besides being a good high speed cable, this new high speed cable also solved the flickering problem completely. I recommemd it!
