It depends. The auto-unlock feature utilizes a geofence of your location as well as a Bluetooth connection to determine if you are home. If you drive by close enough it may unlock. However, you can receive notifications whenever the door unlocks and you can simply lock the door via the app again if you need!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No the August lock has to join your wireless network which require a close radius to your router for it to unlock your door. Unless your router is in your yard or tree you wont have worry about drive by unlocks.
