- Answer Do you mean double cylinder? The August lock only works on single cylinder deadbolts.

- Answer Replace the deadbolt. I ran into same issue in a Schledge deadbolt - though listed as compatible. It was bot due to a short piece on either side. Not one piece. I changed out deadbolts off a different door (takes 2 minutes). Just make sure your plastic bit is on the August or the stick on rear when you go to put lock on or the "wings" won't tighten.

- Answer Yes, you just have to enable the action within the Alexa app. When you check, you say "Alexa ask August is my door locked, or Alexa ask August my locks status". She will tell you the status, lock the door for you, but she will not unlock the lock.....security features. Hope I helped

- Answer There is no bronze I've seen. If you don't have a regular deadbolt, this is of no use to you.

- Answer Yes you can and it's very easy and requires no tools. Just the quick release that you attach the lock with. It probably takes 5 minutes...Although I haven't had to change mine yet.

- Answer It depends. The auto-unlock feature utilizes a geofence of your location as well as a Bluetooth connection to determine if you are home. If you drive by close enough it may unlock. However, you can receive notifications whenever the door unlocks and you can simply lock the door via the app again if you need!

- Answer No this lock does not work like "Lockitron". It will lock on a certain and preset amount of time you adjust and set yourself. It will not auto lock per your location or movement although will lock with a preset amount of time you set. Although, the auto-unlock is working perfectly! And we love it
