• Yes. You can add as many people as you want to the account. If you get the key panel as well, then you can create codes that people can use to unlock the door without their phones. Each person that is added to the account can have different settings. For instance my wife has the auto-lock feature enabled so when she pulls into our driveway the door automatically unlocks. I typically pull into the garage, so I don't have it Auto Unlock. I have Siri turned on, so I can use my voice on my watch to lock and unlock. You an also control notifications, and it will tell you who has unlocked the door.

• Yes it is! Me and my husband both use it and it doesn’t get us confused ever! He could be at home and it still will recognize when I come home and unlock the door since we set the option to Auto Unlock when we get home!

• It works if the organizer adds them. I would not recommend this product. Better to use Schlage. The August lock has plastic pieces which become jammed or broken.
