If I don’t have existing deadbolt can I use this null

You will need to install a deadbolt lock and then place this on the unit by removing the back plate and placing this unit on the back.

No, this unit supposedly just “attaches” to your existing deadbolts inner workings, you’ll need to remove the deadbolt or pay someone $80+ to break out a cordless screwdriver and do it for you.

No you can't because it attaches to the back of existing deadbolt.
