No, unfortunately. The problem is, if you or someone in your family really likes a picture while the photos are scrolling, you'd have to go into the app and change a setting. It should be a one button "pause" to freeze a picture for an hour or day or two.

The Aura app features a 'remote control' which can be used to easily control the video and photo slideshow on your frame.
