To connect your Aura frame you will require a 2.4 GHz WiFi network connection. The 2.4GHz standard is supported by 99% of home networks. Although the 5GHz (802.11 ac) frequency band is faster, Aura Frames use the 2.4GHz band because it is supported by almost all residential routers, consumes less power, penetrates obstructions and extends over a broader range. All of these benefits ensure that our frames operate more reliably in a variety of different environments and locations.
