This camera is also designed to work with Avaya's networked setup. If you are using it as a standalone camera, it is just plug and play. Zoom will detect it as long as Windows does. You can then select in the settings to use the camera and the built in microphone as default.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I thought that would be the case, that I needed the extra software from the company. But I contacted them and they told me it works perfectly with Zoom or other such programs. They were right. It surely does.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works perfectly fine. There is a quirk to getting it to work at first, though. I put up a massive writeup of how to do it as a review, but BestBuy.com is for some reason sitting on the review. But the camera does not disappoint.
