- Answer yes i suggest you buy accessories and do research before purchase via youtube videos and pre order those. also it does come with a battery also i would check the actual website first cause i did buy from best buy and later wish i bought from website cause i found out they were during a limited time extra battery with your purchase ($500 dollar value free)

- Answer I just bought an Avnture 2 from BestBuy, and what I can tell you is that it's advertised as having a 15 amp hour battery, but that's an outright lie; it's only 14 amp hours.

QuestionI'd like know why my Aventon Aventure 2 is advertised as having a 15 ah battery when in fact it has only a 14 amp hour battery. The only rating is a sticker that says 670wh which is 14ah not 15. False advertising.

- Answer So according to Aventon my battery's rating is infact 14 ah, not 15 ah. What sort of word salad answer is that? "Nominal" 14 ah battery is not the 15 ah advertised. Class action lawsuit. I happen to know some lawyers who see a slam dunk win against Aventon & possibly best buy.
