- Answer The bike ships as a Class II and then can be unlocked by the rider through the app to a Class III at 28 MPH.

- Answer Hi there, the only way to charge the battery is to charge it with the charger. It does not self charge when pedaling.

QuestionDo you have the new regular size Aventon released for this bike a little bit ago? The old regular size was for 5’7-5’11 people while the new size is for 5’3-5’10 people.

- Answer Hi there! Our size guide for the Level.2 is Regular (5'3"-5'10") and Large(5'10"-6'4"). Seat posts are adjustable, and it would be best to go by the sizing of your inseam.

- Answer I believe the free battery offer is directly from Aventon.com and can be claimed through the link below https://www.aventon.com/en-ca/pages/free-gift# I bought my Level.2 a few months ago and received my free battery after submitting proof of purchase and the bike serial number.
