“Why won't let me use PS remote play. I am able to connect to my PS5 pro vi remote play fine from my PS. Portal and backup PS5 fine. The backbone app won't open Remote Play and when I open Remote Play with BB pro attached, I cant use the controls to play”

It doesn't work with android ps remote play. But works with iphone ps remote play
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately PS Remote Play is not supported on Backbone Pro, I learned this the hardway as well. Only the Backbone One - Playstation edition supports PS Remote Play controls. We can only hope it gets and update in the future but that doesnt look too promising.

Please try again later.In my experience when I used the original Backbone I wasn't able to use the PS Remote app. After getting the PS Edition Backbone I was able to use the PS Remote app as well as keep playing on all my other apps. Not sure if it's the se case with the Pro. If so then we will have to wait for a PS edition but I believe it they promote it work with PS. I would reach out to Backbone just to be sure.
