QuestionWhy won't let me use PS remote play. I am able to connect to my PS5 pro vi remote play fine from my PS. Portal and backup PS5 fine. The backbone app won't open Remote Play and when I open Remote Play with BB pro attached, I cant use the controls to play

- Answer If the iPhone 15 Plus has a USB-C port it should be fine. I know iPhone 14 and previous generations used the Lighting Charge port and aren't compatible with USB-C connectors.

QuestionWith this being the pro, is the dreaded ribbon issue fixed? I have the gen 2 and I have to fully open the controller for the left stick to properly work. Would be a shame to spend this kind of money to upgrade and have the ribbon cause issue after a month

- Answer Yes. You can pair it with a console, tablet, or PC as a wireless/bluetooth controller. Don't connect your phone and press the orange button on the controller to set up pairing, check for available bluetooth devices on you console and select Backbone. This was easy for me on PS5 and the controller itself has about 40hrs of battery life.

- Answer Passthrough charging works, and I found out that fast charging works as well if you have one.

- Answer iPhone 14 is not supported. The Backbone Pro uses a USB-C connector and iPhone 14 used lighting charge ports which aren't compatible.
