• Yes this is reliable . He only issue I had was with the key chain itself . There is a separate little connection that allows you to easily remove it from your keys if necessary, however, it became loose on its own and fell off. I ended up attached it in more secure way to my keychain .

• Very reliable...If you do the math on how many drinks you have had and how many hours have lapsed since you started it's right on. Say you weigh 200lbs and you had 10 drinks.....02 x 10 drinks = .20 BAL level approx minus .015 for every hour that has passed...so 10 hours later your BAL would be ..05....12 hours later =.02....varies by person. Experiment with it...count drinks and time...it works !
