Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like your breathalyzer may need to be calibrated. Please contact us at [email protected] for instructions on how to send your device in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say there are other possibilities here than a funky unit. This question is best answered by the manufacturer. Offhand, a couple of questions that come to mind are: Do you use mouthwash with alocohol, or take some over the counter medicine that contains alcohol? There can be an underlying medical condition where the liver does not process alcohol efficiently. Did you blow out the sensors how the little manual tells you, to make sure it is clean and ready to be used?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found it measured 0,0 for me and my wife when I tested by wayward daughter (who claimed to be sober but was obviously trashed) and tested 0.11. I then proceeded to see how hard it would be for me to reach the same level. 1 beer - 0.2; 2nd beer, 0.6 (in a half hour) I then switched to gin and tonic and had 2 stiff ones that got me to 0.1. (I thought I should have been higher because I was getting trashed by then.) At this point, the experiment came crashing to a halt. The unit mysteriously disappeared (I think she decided to put my ability to test her behind us) so I have no long term results.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did someone use the product right before you attempted to blow into it? When using it right after another use, it may affect the current result.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you could try a couple of things ~ * "rinsing your mouth out with water" (before using it) &/or * "cleaning the mouthpiece" (after someone else has used it) hope this info. helps.....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Number 1 culprit for an apparent false reading is mouthwash. Check for alcohol content in whatever you ate or drank before testing.
