Does this kit include the Ballast Weights? null

It doesn’t include the ballast weights. The trays support (2) 8”X16” blocks on each side that were less than $10. The structure is heavy duty and will not move once installed.

No, per bairds website, installation guide states you have to purchase 4- 4"×8"×16" cement blocks to use as weigths.
