I use some large desiccant bags in the AMS for short term, but I also invested in a commercial dryer from Creality where I keep opened spools when they are not in active use. The dryer at about $150 is well worth the money.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it does not. It does have desiccant tanks, but not a dryer. You don't really need to dry unless it's PETG, ABS, TPU that you're printing with. I keep my PLA's in ziploc vacuum bags when they're not going to be in use.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is not an active dryer, but It seals well and has pockets for Silica Gel Desiccant Packs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it doesn’t have a filament dryer built in. But you can print dryer bead holders to create a passive drying system.
