Not by itself. You can't take a picture and upload it to the printer to get what you're looking for. There are, however, software and hardware tools that will create a 3D print file for you. There are some that will do the creation for free, but most software will charge a nominal fee for this. They also make 3D scanners which basically are cameras that scan and create a 3D image of whatever you put in front of them. I haven't used one, but depending on the scanner you get, they can do a really good job as well.
