A:Answer They comfy and snug, but if your work outs involve lots of movement they may slide around on your head. They can adjust perfectly, but these really are meant for stationary listening in my opinion. I wore them for a light walk and small hike, and had no issue. However, for intense movement, I don't see them being a perfect option, which is a shame because they sound amazing!
If your workouts aren’t too crazy involving movement of your head/upper body, it might work just fine.
