• I would not recommend metal bangle in water unless you like rust on your wrist. I keep the wrist strap it came with for water usage.

• I have worn my bangle in the shower several times and have not had an issue. I think as long as it isn't subjected to ongoing water exposure or more caustic conditions such as pools and ocean water, it is safe to get it wet now and again.
