Find the side with the two horizontal slots and put your finger nail in one and it will pop open. It opens up easier after it is broken in. To unclasp the bangle, lift up on the edge of the clasp closest to the Fitbit case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine breaks down and feels like it is going to break but the battery comes out easily after you get it over the end and fits good into the charger. It seems a little hard to put the battery back in as well because you have to get it back over the end of the battery. They charge quick once it is in there. I hope this helps.
