Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the settings on your TV and be sure that the sound bar if connected by HDMI is connected to the HDMI ARC input. Also check the c e d a or CEDA settings to be sure that they're enabled on the TV. Each TV is different so it's hard to gas but I would say it's something with Arc or CEDA. Play around with the controls. Most likely it's Arc is disabled or you need to change your CEDA settings or turn them on.
