Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy Customer Service is blaming not having codes on the manufacturer. Yet I have friends that ordered it elsewhere and have gotten their codes and are able to play today. Yet after contacting Customer Service twice they keep giving me the run around with the answer check back later in your email. Early access was the reason I’d pre-ordered it so looking at cancelling my order and going elsewhere.

Please try again later.I’ve contacted BB twice today they claim it’s an issue with the manufacturer and do not have any codes to give out they keep saying check back later. It’s ridiculous as this should have been taken care of before the release of the beta and they should have the codes ready to go.Very disappointed as the early access was one of the reasons I pre-ordered. Thinking about canceling my order and going elsewhere as Customer Service with BB doesn’t seem to care about their members.
