“Is this going to be a physical disc? I'm confused because it comes with the Steelbook so is the game a digital download or physical?”

• Not with this edition, no. All preorders come with a free steelbook but only the standard edition comes as a hard copy with a disc to put in it. The gold and ultimate editions are digital-only so if you preorder either of them you'll have an empty steelbook, for what that's worth.

• Okay EA will only release all future games as digital only, to save the cost and material of creating new discs. Which means, you will get a cool case, for the game without a disc, but instead a digital download code, contained within.
