Hi, I just bought this game a couple days ago and had the same issue. Best Buy would have emailed you a 16- digit activation code. Go download the origin client at origin.com/about and then go to battlefield 4 in the download games section then enter that 16- digit activation code that’s in your email. Hope this helps! :)
