• It is stupid. I just contacted customer service and was told that they’re having delays. Most likely will be sent out when the game is released which is completely unaccetable. This will be my last time buying a game from bestbuy.

• I accepted the fact I couldn't pre-load by buying from Best Buy. I justified that with the $10 gift card. However, the game is released and live and I still don't have my code. This is the first (and last) time I'll ever preorder from Best Buy (live & learn!).

• I know. I spoke to them and they will not even refund and they asked to wait 24 hours to receivethe code. What a joke.
