Log into your Best Buy Digital library. Your key code should be listed. Go to EA Games website, log in, and input you code in the customer portal under "Redeem Product Code". Then when you go to Origin app "Play" wont be grayed out any longer.

Beta actually starts Sept 6th and early access is Sept 4th. What you are speaking on is the Alphas which are via Origin and were closed

"If you are an Origin Access (Premier or Basic) or EA Access subscriber, or if you’ve pre-ordered Battlefield V, you get up to 48 hours early access to the Open Beta and can play on September 4." I too have pre-ordered and cant play yet. My Best Buy digital library is showing my key code, but I'm not sure where to input it.
