- Answer The warranty card is to let you know this product will only work 13 months after the 12-month warranty is up. And then you’re stuck paying to get them fixed.

- Answer Contact Apple if within 1 year. The same thing happened to me. I gave them a call and sent them in and got a replacement within about 7-10 days. Apples 1 year manufacturer’s warranty is second to none.

- Answer I purchased these for my best friend that is a gate agent at the airport and she says that it works perfectly for noise cancellation when she has to go down to the plane. So yes, they are perfect for reducing noise.
