• I wouldn't. You shouldn't get electronics and batteries too cold or too hot. Can you wear earphones? You can probably wear them under a hat or earmuffs or something.

• Battery function varies in cold temperatures and it is definitely not recommended to ever charge a device that is cold or freezing. I wouldn't recommend it.
