Make sure they are the Android compatible version and not the Apple only version.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had that issue when the headphones were not fully charged. I was using a portable charger and could not sync to my phone. When I got home I fully charge the headphones over night. I turned then on and they were synced right-away. Picked a song and all is well.
