A:AnswerHey there!
Sadly, no such exchange is prohibited, according to Best Buy regulations. The price you buy a product at is the price you will have forever and cannot be price-matched. However, if your headphones are still under warranty, I'd advise you to at least try and ask a Best Buy representative for a full refund (NOT for an exchange). Best Buy's so generous regarding costumer service, you never know what they'd allow for you :)

A:AnswerApparently the difference is worlds apart. The original Studio was made by Monster and was horrible, whereas the Studio 2 was a massive improvement in sound quality, but don't take my word for it, let your ears be the judge.
A:AnswerHey there!
For a short answer, this $179.99 is for a BRAND NEW pair, not a refurbished pricetag. Beats currently came out with a new version of Beats Studio's (called Studio 3's). Since the company created a newer model, they had to permanently decrease the older versions (these Beats Studio Wireless's) down to $179.99 forever :)

A:AnswerI don't believe so, the Studio 3s however does let you turn off the Adaptive Noise Cancelling ANS, as it can be a little intrusive in some situations.
