A:AnswerYes, they should work, as long as your tv has bluetooth. All you would need to do is go into your settings and find the bluetooth to connect them.

A:AnswerThey come with the case you store & charge them in. Case doesn't have and clip or hole to attach a clip to hang it. I bought a silicon elsewhere that helps with that.
