A:AnswerBasically, refurbished items have been used. but were returned due to some minor defect or defects. These items were then inspected and fixed by the Geek Squad. New items are fully new.
A:AnswerI am unsure about waterproof, but I have used them while getting a good work out in and I have sweated a bunch and had no problems at all. Soooo, maybe that helps. But I wouldn't take my electronics near water anyways.
A:AnswerMine came in the original packaging - came with the different-sized ear pieces, usb charging cable, case, etc. The only thing it did NOT come with is a usb wall plug, but i don't think a brand-new one comes with that, either.

A:AnswerNot sure about them being sweat-proof, but I've used them several times at the gym. I would recommend crossing over the earpieces so that it's a better fit while working out. My friend has the Jaybird X3. If you have an iphone I would suggest the beatsX. Otherwise, I'd give the Jaybird X3 a try.
