• the first refurbished beats i got were not in the original package but it had everything that comes in a new unopened beats.

• No they don’t. But they do come with a carrying case. A crappy rubber carrying case. I bought mine refurb.

• They come in a box but not the original. It's clear they are refurbishes so keep that in mind if you're trying to gift them.

• Yes it's packaged in the same box as if was brand new. Instructions, extra ear cushions, charger, & a simple silicone case were all provided.
