Do they have a box? is it returnable and refundable? null

They would have to be refundable, but probably on a tight timeline. They come in a box, but not the original packaging. They do come with all of the original pieces, but NOT with instructions of any sort. They have all new, different size ear pieces, and a soft case that splits by squeezing it. Mine were a bit wadded up in the box. If you're worried about getting your money worth, I'd buy some cheap ones.

bestbuy will package them in a specific box so you will not receive the original package!
