Yes look 100 % brand new
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got mine looking like it is brand new. The buds that go in the ear were untouched and clean. The seal of the box though was clearly opened, but the device itself appeared brand new.

The packaging would definitely not pass for brand new, though the headphones themselves look and function just like new. The silicon earbud tips were unopened and unused.
