- Answer Yes. Refurbished products are cleaned before they are sold again and I believe the rubber earbuds are replaced.

- Answer Of course you can return them to any bestbuy stores or even do a free ship to bestbuy center. These are coming with all its original accessories, but not in the original package as these are refurbished and bestbuy will package them and those are usually in mint condition, but if you find a major scratch or anything wrong with them, you can just return those and order another pair! Also, these are coming with 3 month GEEKsquad warranty in advance ;)

- Answer Somewhat/partly compatible. Look for an Android specific brand instead so you can get full functionality not at the mercy of Apple design.

- Answer Your Powerbeats 3 earbuds are sweat and water resistant, but not sweatproof or waterproof. Do not submerge them under water. Also, avoid using them in wet steam rooms.

- Answer No, they come from a warehouse for rejected items (return) and shipped to the buyers address. They are however checked for marketability , and must meet the "refurbished" criteria before shipping them out to the buyers.. Bestbuy gets thousands of return weekly.

- Answer No extended warranty is offered through Best Buy because Beats is now owned by apple.......they want to force people to buy their apple products (pods)....will not honor the extended warranty, therefore BestBuy doesn't offer/sell it to you. I went to the store because I really wanted to add this as well.
