“We purchased Beats headphones and they only have sound in one of them. It is our understanding there is one year warranty purchased March 2017. How do we start the warranty I have the receipt.”

You would need to return them to the store before the one year warranty is up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You're right. The warranty is only one year. I've had no problems as long as warranty had not expired. Got stuck with one a few years ago. Was virtually impossible to find someone to repair it. Workmanship in Beats by Dre is poor. Apple is expected to do a better job. Problem is there's so many of the old products still on the market.
