Produces great sound. The cord is a little long. Came with a case and 3 extra earbuds. Overall, great product.

I thought they were the Dr. Dre Beats Tours. They were not. I was highly disappointed but that was my mistake and the item itself was ok. Unfortunately tho, & this part made me mad. They only came with one size ear plug when normally they come w a small, medium, and large..Guess I'm stuck w the wrong size. At least the earphones play. And play well. They just are not near as noise canceling or as comfortable as the Tours, but I'd still GLADLY take these over any other brands out there...Still the MOST comfortable and best Quality for a great price!!!

Great sound, it's just the metal surround that holds the speakers. I can hear every time my hair brushes against it :-/ there is also a lot of static whenever I take off my coat

Good quality sound. I compare the sound with Bose and Sony headphones and this slightly won. The only thing I don't like is the price, but if you are willing to pay the amount go for it.

I was in the market for earbuds that wouldn't hurt my ears, and would block out a good bit of noise. I needed them for viewing videos and listening to audio books for my graduate courses while my kids are playing. I didn't want to spend a fortune, but wanted a decent product. I came across these refurbished Beats and decided to give them a try since Best Buy has yet to fail me with their service. I have had no issues with these Beats and they do exactly what I need them to do. I'm sure there are products on the market that cancel out much more noise than these, but these meet my needs very well. Thanks again Best Buy!

Bought refurbished. They came clean, well packaged, and with all original accessories. These work great with a number of devices, and as far as the earbuds themselves go, they do sound really good. It's really nice getting some of the bass back that you lose on other higher end earbuds. On the flip side, the bass can be a little dominant, washing out some of the mid/high tones, but it's nowhere near as bad as some other "high bass" earbuds I've tried in the past. Getting a fully working refurbished pair for half the price definitely helps with the recommendation.

I bought these headphones "refurbished" from Best Buy. But I have to say, if someone returns these earbuds missing a tip, Best Buy does not replace with when they sell them refurbished. Mine were missing the Medium tips. I had to wait some more after ordering some from eBay. BUT, the headphones are actually really good when you have the right tips. A definite upgrade from the basic headphones that come with the iPhone. Now, $100 good? That's up to you. I think they are over priced. If you see new them for $79.99 sale, get them. Note) do NOT order any beats off of eBay. Even when it says authentic or genuine, they are fake. So don't waste your time and money. Buy them from Best Buy.

Bought these to replace a pair I wore out. The refurbished ones are just like brand new with the exception of not coming with original packaging.

I like the sound and noise cancellation of these even better than the Bose ones... unfortunately I'm on my third pair in three years since they are susceptible to breakage of the wire right at the headphone jack... if it was beefed up is certainly give it a 5 star rating... the refurbished ones are cheaper than getting them repaired but if you get them save the ear plugs from the original set, the refurbished ones don't come with a full set of the ear plug portions

Just looking for simple but quality earbuds...bought these refurbished and they're just like new but half the price...probably would have paid full price for them. I would recommend this product to anyone looking...

Earbuds came with clip and three ear cups. Sounds good. One issue is that the tightest sealing ear pieces seal so well that you can hear yourself walk or move around, which is disorienting until so get used to them.

Bought a refurbished pair of Beats earbuds and wasn't sure if I would be pleased; they are great. Price was great too

The refurbished Beats are a wonderful alternative to new ones at a price I can afford.

These are really good headphones for the price. The sound and feel is great, but they do slide off your ears sometimes.
