QuestionHow long do i need to let them charge for ? I was reading specs and on there it says 9 hour battery life but ill leave them charging for an hour and put them in my ear and itll only last an hour. The amt of hours it charges affects battery life ?

- Answer Yes you can just leave one in the case and use the other one, whichever one is inside the case will not play so you can use whichever one you want if you don’t want to use both at the same time

QuestionDo you need to store these in the case when you aren't using them? I charged the case and buds when I received them. Two days later (without using them) the buds and case are down to 50%.

QuestionWhen I answer a call by pressing the button on the ear piece, people are not able to hear me right away. It takes about 3 seconds and then I am able to be heard. Is there a setting or something that will help resolve this? They are 4 months old

- Answer It probably is just connecting to your phone on Bluetooth. Mines transfers from my car, or other Bluetooth devices, to my headset sometimes. Idk if you can change something in your setting

- Answer My first set did the same, one of the connections wasn't touching the terminal on the charger all the way. I cleaned it real well and it started working again. You will have to reconnect it after changing. 2nd time it happened, i took it to my local electronic repair shop and they fixed it for $20. Not sure what all they did but it fixed it. They lasted 5 years before the battery on the left one wouldn't hold a charge anymore. Im on my 2nd set now, so far so good.
