A:AnswerApple owns beats. The automatically pair with newer IPhone. Don’t know about apple computers. They should. I don’t use Macs but don’t have any problem pairing to Microsoft’s computers.

A:AnswerYou can always buy them and return them if they don't fit well. Or maybe check then out at best buy. I personally found that they fit well and the earhooks really don't do much. They are really wide across the ears and can cause soreness on the upper curve of the ear above the ear canal. So I can see that being a problem for a child.

A:AnswerI wouldn’t really recommend spending that much on a kid. What you could do is get him Powerbeats 3, or even the wired version of these. Or even getting him a cheaper pair of headphones first just to see how he takes care of them. And then for his birthday or something get him a main brand product such as these.
