- Answer I have them paired to two phones. I’ve had to select which phone to pair with in the phones Bluetooth menu and they have also paired with one of the phones when it’s the only option without the extra steps.

- Answer Me personally I haven’t had any charging issues. Maybe try exchanging them for another pair. I haven’t had any issues with mine as far as charging, quality or connecting.

- Answer Absolutely not!!!! I don't know if they claim to have noise cancelling, but while wearing them, you can hear almost everything in the background. You nearly have to turn the music to full blast in order to hear it
