A:AnswerI had one fall through the couch cushions and the only way we could figure to track it was by playing a loud sound through the headphones. Unfortunately they have to be charged for this to work, so the longer they’re lost, the less likely that would be to work.
A:AnswerI have them paired to two phones. I’ve had to select which phone to pair with in the phones Bluetooth menu and they have also paired with one of the phones when it’s the only option without the extra steps.
A:AnswerMe personally I haven’t had any charging issues. Maybe try exchanging them for another pair. I haven’t had any issues with mine as far as charging, quality or connecting.
