• Try to reset to the factory setting press the power botton and the left side of the center of the logo at the same time for 5 second to rest to the factory setting that should be fix your promble

• I would call Apple, I didn’t purchase warranty. But they have warranty through Apple and they replaced my sons Beats with new ones cause they were not turning on.

• Because you need the right charger you can’t use no other one or it’s not gonna work
