Yes. They will work for Android. They are just made to be easier to use with Apple (in terms of connecting to phone/device via Bluetooth).

Yes I use both Android and iOS. It works flawlessly on both. For Android just put it in pair mode by holding the mode button a few seconds until the light starts blinking and look for beats and then pair. After this is done you can fold to turn off and unfold to turn it on

I will work with ANY phone that has bluetooth. But since this is Apple product, pairing it with iPhone is a breeze. Just put them close together and it will pair automatically.
