• A:Answer Yes, this is a known issue and it does not work for me either. I’m guessing it’s a software thing where it is incompatible for full support with windows 10. I would not worry about it.

• A:Answer My son tried these with his android device and I used them with my iPhone. He didn’t care for the Android app and felt that it had some issues with the bass mix. I had a great experience with my iPhone, which does not use an app for the Solo Pro. The iOS EQ settings was sufficient for controlling the mix and all aspects of music playback was awesome.

• A:Answer no. xbox (and other consoles) can’t use regular bluetooth headsets because of latency issues. get a specifically labeled gaming headset with bluetooth connectivity, or go the much cheaper route and plug a wired headset into the controller.
