“Can I use the headphones with only the noise cancelling feature active while sleeping?”

• I use mine all the time at night. I don’t even have to turn on the power and I’m able to block more than 50% of ambient sounds.

• with the battery life you should be good with this, however I will say that without music the active noise cancelling isn't perfect (although you could listen to rain sounds or something). for me personally, I can't lie down with these on, but if you sleep on your back you should be just fine.

• I would say yes, it won’t provide as much coverage as something in ear. I would try Loops if the option is available.
